At first i thought it was gonna be similar to an Anime convention, so i was surprised at the lack of anime cosplayers but i got to take photos of a few: [link]

Instead it was almost like a different type of convention on its own, i got to see the famous TokiDoki stall of adorable designs, the creator was so busy signing autographs for people: [link]

Another surprising factor were the Artist Alleys, they were set in personal booths, with your team title's name above, and rather than just a table to display, they gave a private wall along with it. These teams took their jobs seriously, and quite professional arranged. There were banners, stands and flyers along with the artwork and products.
